Oven vegetables with chive dip recipe

Baked vegetables with crisp in them is a wonderful feeling when you eat them. Today’s recipe brings you the delicious dish of all time named oven vegetables with chive dip. We will guarantee you that when you will make this dish for your family nothing is going to be leftover.

We are making this dish for 4 people so the ingredients will be accordingly but if you have more or fewer people then you can adjust the quantities by yourself or you can check out on us and we will help you out. So without wasting much time, let’s get into the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 TL chopped rosemary
  • 800 G Potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Rapeseed or olive oil
  • 4th Pc Carrots
  • 1 prize Salt pepper
  • 1 Pc Zucchini
  • 1 Pc onion
  • 1 Pc clove of garlic
  • 200 G low-fat quark
  • 1 prize Paprika powder
  • 100 G cream
  • 1 prize Salt pepper
  • 0.5 Federation chives

Method:

  1. For these baked vegetables, the first thing that you have to do is to wash the potatoes with the skin and cut them into wedges. Now you have to line the baking tray with the baking paper and then spread the potatoes on it and then brush them with the oil. Spread the rosemary, salt, and pepper on top of it, and then send the tray for baking in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, you have to wash the carrots and courgettes and then cut them into slices. Wash the onion as well and then peel it and then cut it into large pieces. Now place all these vegetables on a separate baking tray and it should be lined with baking paper as well and brush all the vegetables with the oil. Add a little salt and pepper, if you need some, and then put the tray in the oven and bake it for 10 minutes.
  3. As the other vegetable tray is being baked, here you have chop the chives for the dip and then mix it with the cream and quark. Add one garlic clove and sprinkle some salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  4. Now just take out the vegetables and place them on a plate and in a nice manner with the dip alongside. Then just serve your beautiful dish to your family or friends.
